The secret hack to get money off your Black Friday buys at John Lewis this month – you could bag £50 makeup sets for £13

THERE’S a little known hack to get extra money off your John Lewis purchases this Black Friday. 

No longer a one day event, Black Friday has become a whole month affair for the department store. 

Black Friday is the biggest shopping date in the UK calendar and typically falls at the end of November – just in time for Christmas shoppers to bag a bargain. 

John Lewis has already introduced 20% off electricals and beauty products for the shopping event… and we’re only on the third day of the month.

There’s a way beauty buffs can score even more money off their bargains. 

As part of the store’s BeautyCycle initiative, My John Lewis members are given money towards their next purchase when they donate used beauty product packaging for recycling.

You’ll get £5 off when you spend £20 or more on beauty the day you recycle empty bottles or pots.

To claim the money, you just need to bring in five or more clean, empty beauty product containers to any of John Lewis’ beauty counters.

You’ll then get a voucher to claim a fiver off your next purchase online. 

That extra £5 means you can nab the for £13 – despite the products inside being worth £50.

It contains notes of orange blossom, jasmine flower, with the scent prolonging “itself in the sweet addiction of honey rose and the warmth of patchouli and cedar notes”.

The mini is similar to its iconic Bad Gal Bang, designed to amplify lash volume and open the eyes up. 

The Carolina Herrera Fabulous Kiss Lipstick Satin is a deep red colour with a satin finish.
