EVERY Thanksgiving cook knows you're supposed to take the giblets bag out of a turkey before you cook it.
One chef, however, was furious when she found the giblets bag after she had already cooked her bird.
Mariah () shared the unfortunate incident in a video with her TikTok followers.
She showed off her fully cooked and seasoned turkey, furious at what she had discovered after she started digging into it.
"You've got to be f**king kidding me bro, I feel like taking her up and throwing her outside," she said, showing off the turkey.
She explained she had cleared out the bird prior to cooking it — or so she had thought.

Mariah carried out the same routine she did every year when cooking her Thanksgiving turkey but was shocked to find out the giblets bag had moved.
"Everything I do every f**king year but they stored this right here," she said.
"I washed the s**t out of this and it was stored in the front of the breast, I've washed many turkeys and I have never seen it in this area."
She pulled out the bag from the breast and made a vomiting sound: "I feel like I cooked plastic in there now," she said, contemplating whether or not to throw the entire dish out.

Other turkey-cookers took to her comments to share similar struggles with their holiday cooking this year.
"Mine was too this year, thank God I found it during the washing lol," said one commenter.
"Yeah she's not lying, the same thing happened to me," said another.
"They tried to trick us and for what, this happened to my mom too but she had a backup turkey so we just had an extra late dinner," said a third.
Others thanked her for the heads-up: "Thank god I saw your video, ran to oven to take it out of mine, it's been in there for 45 minutes," said one viewer.
