My entitled neighbour steals my packages and opens them – I got the last laugh when I ordered something to horrify her

You won't believe what was in the box

Taking to social media, the 30-year-old women revealed she was a hobbyist and got multiple packages delivered.

But her pastime soon got disrupted by her nosy neighbour who kept opening her packages.

She revealed that she often got them delivered to her previous neighbour, who she got along with, without any problems.

But despite telling delivery services not to deliver to the address anymore, some hadn't got the memo.

She wrote on Reddit: "Since she moved in I have changed that with the post services but unfortunately there are few of the delivery people who have not had the information.

"Sadly I have had a few parcels delivered to the entitled neighbour and when I have gone to collect them she has denied knowledge or given me an already opened package and used the excuse that her son accidentally opened it."

But the entitled number soon learned not to open packages that weren't hers.

A delivery driver accidentally sent the package to her neighbour despite the original poster being home so she quickly went over to grab the package when she realised the mishap.

However, her neighbour wasn't pleased to see her and denied the package was delivered to her.

The woman said: "Before I could finish she slammed the door in my face. I was obviously annoyed and knocked on her door again and waited but she completely ignored me for at least 10 minutes."

Frustrated by her neighbour, she returned home and called the courier service to retrieve her property.

But while she was on hold, she heard a loud bang on her front door - it was her neighbour and her crying son.

The woman shared that her neighbour started shouting at her, screaming: "There's a f***ing huge spider loose in my house because of you!!"

She then revealed in her post: "Yes I collect tarantulas, true spiders and lots of other inverts."

The woman continued: "At first I was scared that she had harmed one of my new tarantulas, but I couldn't keep the sarcasm out of my voice when I made her admit that she did get my package.

"I closed my door and talked to the operator who had heard everything, since I had already told them what was in the package, they were laughing down the phone. I told them I'd have to go rescue my spider from the crazy Karen."

She went over and saved her tarantula, which was unharmed, and gave her neighbour a piece of her mind for taking her parcels - as she was now caught in the act.

She warned her neighbour, saying if she ever pinches another of her parcels, she'll ring the police.

Wrapping up her story, she said: "Since then I've contacted every courier service in my area and demanded that they never leave anything at her address again.

"There has been one incident where a package from work was delivered to her but as soon as I knocked on her door she just handed me the unopened box and closed the door in my face, much to her son's disappointment if his yelling was anything to go by.

"Moral of the story is don't open someone else's package, it might just contain giant spiders!"

People on Reddit were quick to show their support for the revenge story. One person commented: "I think her son needs a glitter bomb addressed to them!"

Another shared: "Wow! This one even beats the time I wrapped up cat poop in an old Amazon box addressed to me and left it at the front door for my downstairs neighbour to steal.
