Woman in her 40s ‘reversed ageing with no Botox or filler’ & instead, swears by ‘essential’ supermarket buy that’s 85p

A 43-year-old woman has shared her skincare routine.
Kate, from the UK, took to social media to reveal her all natural skincare routine which has helped her keep wrinkles at bay without the use of Botox or filler.

In the clip, she said: "Okay, I am 43 years old, and here is my natural skincare routine.
"And just so we're clear, I have no Botox, no fillers.
"This is all done naturally."
As she showed off her glowing skin, she had a slice of cucumber under each eye to help depuff the skin.
The beauty fan went on to explain that she never washes her face with water in the morning.
"Reason why I don't wash my face in the morning is cause it's gonna strip your face of all the natural oils your body has produced overnight," she said.
Instead, she opts for her miracle morning bar which she makes using an 85p ingredient you can pick up in any supermarket.
She continued: "Instead, I start my day off with my morning miracle bars, which essentially are grated cucumber, Aloe Vera gel, and rose water."

Kate makes the bars and freezes them before applying them across her face to look the moisture in.
The beauty fan then goes in with natural face oil.
For the evening routine - Kate cleanses her face with Sacred Skin by Sweet B Organics and then uses caster oil.
Occasionally, she also uses a flaxseed Botox bar to help tighten the skin and get rid of wrinkles.
She added: "I just wanna get it across that you don't need fancy, designer, expensive skincare routines.
"You can get exactly the same, if not better, from the ingredients that you have at home."
The clip posted to her TikTok account @has since gone viral with over 100k views and 2,500 likes.
People were quick to share their thoughts - with some claiming she looked much younger than her age.
One person wrote: "You definitely look younger than 43. Yummy mummy...in a non weird way."
Another commented: "You look amazing, better than some 33 year old's I know."
