HAVE you ever bought a top or dress that has left you confused while trying it on?

One woman set out to find the weirdest item from Fashion Nova, which she then modeled for her followers.

In her , Annalise Wood () held up the dress for her audience to see.

“This is somehow a dress, it currently looks like a thneed from The Lorax, I literally see no difference,” the TikToker said.

The famous thneed is a fictional stretchy material created by the Onceler in Dr. Seuss’ The Lorax.

Like some of the thneed featured in the book, Annalise’s dress was bright pink.

“Oh gosh, in retrospect I probably should have put the heels on after the dress,” she said as she struggled into the look.

The sheer material of the dress showed Annalise’s black activewear underneath.

She also pointed out the “tangly bits” style feature at her chest, waist, and hips.

“The dress is kind of coming together as you can see, it is completely see-through so what you’re meant to do now is take all of these tangly bits and cover yourself up with them,” she said.

Annalise tied the tangled material in crisscross knots over her body.

“My hopes for that aren’t very high, I’m currently just trying to cover my boobs, that’s the number one priority here,” she said.

“They are covered but I cannot make any sudden movements otherwise they will come undone,” Annalise explained.

“How am I meant to wear this?” she asked her followers.

TikTok users took to the comments section to share their thoughts on the dress.

“When you do it properly it’s actually such a nice dress,” wrote one viewer.

“You need to keep the long pieces spread out flat as you wrap it around!” advised another follower.
