Man sparks massive debate on whether it’s acceptable to urinate in the shower to save water – but would you do it?
A MAN has sparked a fierce debate online after admitting to urinating while having a shower.
People were quick to share their thoughts on whether it was right or wrong and it seemed people were seriously divided.
There's no worse feeling than getting in the shower and realising you need a wee - but the real controversy lies in whether you get out to go or stay in to do your business.
So what do you do?
The man thought '99 per cent' of people did the same and many were quick to agree with him but, others thought the habit was 'gross' and 'feral'.
Taking to Reddit, he asked "Is it common to urinate while taking a shower?

"As a man, I mentioned to a woman friend that I've urinated in the shower, believing it was a common practice. She reacted with disgust, saying she's never done that."
Despite his friend's reaction - the man insisted it was totally normal and took to social media to who else partakes in the method.
He figured the internet might help him settle the debate but his efforts seemed to be futile as people clearly couldn't agree.
Both men and women confessed that they regularly urinate in the shower with many claiming it helps conserve water.

"As a woman, I pee in the shower. It conserves water compared to flushing," one said.
Another woman got stuck into the debate: "Also a rare occasion you get to pee standing up."
"Yup, also a woman, if I need to pee while I'm in the shower, I'm gonna pee in the shower, I don't wanna get out completely soaked to go pee. It's not like you're just peeing in the shower when it's turned off, the water rinses it out and yourself," a third agreed.
A fourth added: "If you don't, you should give it a shot, it saves water compared to flushing a toilet and you don't have to get out of the warm shower to do it. Not to mention showering and washing myself feels more clean, toilet paper is kinda gross in my opinion.
"It's all pipes; it's all connected."
But not everyone was onboard, with some claiming it was disgusting.
"Disgusting. Never even crossed my mind, the shower is for SHOWERING," claimed a fifth.
Another asked: "I really don't get it - why wouldn't you just go to the bathroom before?"
