A HEALTH nut is revealing the meal that saw her lose 160 pounds.

Mom of three Amy () is proud of her weight loss journey, and she wants to inspire others to do the same.

She revealed her favorite go-to healthy dinner meal that helped her lose the 160 pounds and has now become a weekly staple in her house.

All you need are three ingredients for the recipe, all from Trader Joe’s: cheddar chicken sausage, cauliflower gnocchi, and mini peppers.

Begin by slicing the peppers and chicken sausage, then dump them both into a large mixing bowl.

“That is all the chopping and slicing for this recipe. The rest is so easy, it takes three seconds,” she began in the .

 Amy pours two bags of the cauliflower gnocchi, still frozen, into the bowl.

To dress and season the dish, she adds two tablespoons of avocado oil, a little garlic powder, Italian seasoning or oregano, a dash of salt, some basil, and crushed red pepper.

She then mixes it all together and dumps it onto a large baking dish, making sure it’s spread evenly so that it cooks well.

Pop it in the oven at 425 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.

“Just keep an eye on it. I like to get it kind of crispy so I cook it on the longer side.”

To prove how mouth-watering it was, she revealed what it looked like once cooked and served – and her husband’s vocal approval can be heard in the background.
