Aldi releases new £1.99 winter buys to keep you warm without the heating on – from electric blankets to mini heaters

And now shoppers can head to Aldi to pick up essential winter warmers that will keep you toasty without turning the heating on.

On January 14 and 16, the store will be stocking some much-needed winter staples to help your clothes dry quickly and keep you warm.

The new range of Specialbuy products are bound to be a hit as many of us are trying to avoid turning the thermostat up or switching on the tumble dryer, so you better be quick.

With snow expected to fall in several places in the UK next week, you might want to stock up.

They have everything to keep you warm from electric blankets, oil heaters and even radiator reflectors.

Back by popular demand, Aldi shoppers,can pick up the popular Heated Airers.

The upright heated airer costs less than 9p to run an hour and holds 5kg of laundry for £79.99.

Shoppers can also grab the standard heated airer for £34.88 which has 18 heating tubes to dry laundry quickly.

For those looking to stay toasty while relaxing on the sofa, the electic blanket is also back and costs just 1p to heat up in ten minutes.

The Silentnight electric blanket starts at £16.99 for a single, £19.99 for a double and £24.99 for a king-size bed.

Those looking to stay warm in bed can also opt for the Self Heating Mattress Topper (£19.99 for a double sized bed) which keeps your bed toasty without using any electricity with heat-reflecting coils and a thermal lining.

Savvy shoppers can also save on heating bills by using plug-in electric heaters.

Costing just 23p per hour to run, the oil filled radiator has an adjustable thermostat and an overheating protection system for just £29.99.

You can also switch out traditional heating for an electric fan heater, with three different heat settings for just £24.99.

And to make sure you keep the heat in, you can also purchase draught stoppers for doors for just £1.99.
