- One cup of skim milk
- One tablespoon of flour
- Two cups reduced fat Mexican-fiesta blend cheese

The ground beef consisted of 97 % lean meat and 7% fat.
In another pan, she filled it with one can of the , $1.79 at Target.
Bre then topped it off with one cup of skim milk and a tablespoon of flour.
She kept whisking it all together until the mixture started to boil.
To give it its cheesy texture, she added two cups of reduced-fat, finely shredded Mexican-fiesta blend cheese and one cup of Greek Yogurt.
"That Greek yogurt is going to be higher in protein than normal," she said.
"Protein does not store in the body the same way other macronutrients like cabs and fats do," she also advised in a subtitle.
"Mix that together, add your beef, and enjoy," she said.
