The gran said adopting "better posture" can make you look better within seconds as she posed in a crop top.
Jacqueline said: "Look and feel instantly better by checking in with your posture regularly."
In the clip she advised people to stand tall, focus on your shoulder position and you need to put your "chin on the shelf".
As well as this, she said it's good to have soft knees and to ensure you have rib cage to pelvis connection.
She added: "Lifestyle factors like driving, desk based work and scrolling on a phone can all impact posture.
"Gravity, age, osteoporosis and muscle loss also affect posture.
"Optimal posture not only improves appearance, making you look more confident, but it also prevents injury, aids breathing and relaxation and is beneficial for pelvic health."
To improve your posture and your looks she gave step-by-step instructions.
"Stand barefoot, spread your toes, and ensure your weight is spread evenly over both feet. Stand tall and lengthen through the body, imagining a golden thread is drawing you upwards through the crown of your head.
"Take your eyes to the horizon. Imagine your chin is resting on a shelf. Lift your shoulders up and circle them round and downwards to find a relaxed, natural position.
Jacqueline added: "NEAT activities include brushing your teeth, fidgeting, housework, standing, and any movement (outside of an exercise session)."
This can be beneficial in decreasing body fate and increasing lean muscle mass, the gran noted.
The clips on her Instagram account @have gone viral and she has amassed over 400k followers on the platform.

"Woman! You are GOALS,” claimed a fifth.
