A WOMAN has revealed that her husband bought her a bouquet of flowers for Valentine's Day, but she was left very disappointed when just two days later, they looked a bit worse for wear.
Marcia Jayne explained that her man treated her to the bouquet from M&S, which contained roses, anemones and tulips.
However, the woman described the flowers as “poor quality” as in no time at all, they had drooped.
Appalled at not only the drooping, but also the £16 price tag, Marcia went to M&S and showed the manager a picture of her Valentine's Day flowers.
As a result of the complaint, the savvy woman was given a bouquet of beautiful pink flowers, as well as a bottle of Prosecco, all for free - yes, you heard that correctly.
Thrilled with the excellent customer service, Marcia took to social media to alert other shoppers.
