Homeowners were quick to share their top tips in the comments - and many praised the same product to tackle mould which can develop because of condensation caused by steamy showers.
Condensation is when water collects as droplets on a cold surface when humid air is in contact with it.
The excess moisture itself isn't harmful, but it can turn into mould.
Mould grows by producing tiny particles called spores - these are airborne and can grow quickly and leave stains on your tiles and sealant.
People were quick to recommend Cillit Bang Mould and Mildew Remover - which can be purchased for £3 from Poundland.
The Cillit Bang website states the must-have product "removes 100 percent of mould from most surfaces in just a few seconds."
One person wrote: "Cillit Bang mould and mildew remover, just spray, leave and rinse. No effort is needed! I wouldn't use anything else!"
Another cleaning whizz asked whether group members liked the product and many claimed they wouldn't be without it.
Another commented: "100% brilliant."
