A LOT of people dread getting older, but as far as this woman is concerned everything has gotten better with age, including her looks.
Jacqueline Hooton, 61, from West Sussex, is on a mission to stop ageism, and she left people floored when she showed them what she looked like at 18 compared to now.
The grandmother posted the before and after snap on Instagram with the same pose and a similar glitzy dress.
Despite the throwback look being from 1981 Jacqueline looks just as stunning in both pictures.
There's 43 years between the photos, but the fitness guru looks just as happy and healthy in both.
In fact, you could even say she seems more confident in her skin in the 2024 snap.
She might not be the stereotypical mum-of-five and grandmother-of-three, but Jacqueline shows women that age really is just a number.
I live as though my body needs to last me another 40 years - yes I’m aiming for it."
"Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to be consistent. Fitness is not a 12 week transformation – it’s a lifelong journey," She told followers on Instagram.
As far as Jacqueline is concerned "you’re never too old, and it’s never too late to start."
She encouraged others to start their fitness journey so they could get more out of every day like she does.

"It’s less about adding years to your life – but instead - adding life to your years," she explained.
She's been strength training for 28 years, "ran two London marathons, numerous half marathons, and races of varying distances" and was even a competitive bodybuilder at one point.
But her main piece of advice to anyone wanting to look and feel as good as her? Consistency.
"I am OUTSTANDING when it comes to consistency. I live as though my body needs to last me another 40 years - yes I’m aiming for it," she added.
After sharing her story on social media people were amazed by how good she looks for someone in their 60s, and some were even inspired to take some of her fitness advice.
One said: "Wow! Now I want to do a pic like this. I’m the same clothes size I was at 16 years old but I’ve never exercised in any way! Maybe I should start!"
A second praised Jacqueline: "Beautiful, healthy, we love it! Queen!"
Meanwhile, someone else commented: "You are just fantastic and so beautiful in your photos now and then! Thanks for always being this inspiring force for women of all ages!"
"I love you. You look getting old so fun and sexy," another wrote.
And someone else said: "Maturity - nature has a wonderful method of encapsulating knowledge, wisdom, experiences and beauty!"

"I love to see you appear more confident later in life than at 18. It’s just the way it is considering you did not think you’d post the first photo for thousands to see at 18 years old, but it’s very refreshing," noted another.
