The Italy-based American mum-of-one has built up a huge fan base of 2.2million and uses her platform to share the truth of what goes on behind the scenes to create the 'perfect' photo.

"How influencers take those peachy pics - ooor my gosh your back will hurt after trying this," she wrote.

Danae added: "Before I get into the technique, I just want to stress that THIGHS? Hips? They smoosh.

"SKIN? It folds. Dimples. Rolls.

"And BOOOTEHS? They jiggle. Wiggle. Go soft when we sit."

However, if you want to make your bum look peachy for vacation pictures this summer, the mum spilled the tea on how to do it.

Sitting by the edge of a pool Danae showed how her derriere looked before posing.

It looked like a normal bum - however, it wasn't quite Instagram-worthy.

She added that the key thing to rememmber was that influencers were never actually sitting on their bum in these photos.

"The big thing to remember here is influencers almost never actually rest their peaches on stuff," she explained.

" This keeps the peach looking perky, and not all human smooshie."

"In this pose, I’m: Super arching my back, giving myself a wedgeh, and using my arms to push my weight off my bumbum."
