The 34-year-old, married to Tyson Fury, was in the kitchen discussing her new year health kick, which said was made much easier with HelloFresh - a food subscription service.

About to make dinner, Paris said: "It is tea time, and I just wanted to a sing a little praise for HelloFresh because I just looked at the ingredients and realised this has really helped me out with my health kick.

"I've been on a health kick since January and I have found that the balanced meals have really helped."

In the background you could clearly hear her kids playing around her and shouting at each other as most siblings do when they're back from school.

Paris also that not having to rush to the supermarket was ideal for the busy mum who was being screamed for by her son Rico.

Rico is the couple's seventh child, and was born in September last year.

Athena quickly came over to her mum as well requesting a sandwich to have as a snack.

"You'll never get peace in my house, Paris adds before going off to tend to the kids.

But it seems that Athena may have been getting up to no good as Paris spotted filthy black hand prints all over her kitchen wall.

Asking Athena who was the culprit, Athena first tried to put the blame on her big sister Venezuela and then her heavy-wight boxing champion dad.

Despite their celebrity status, Paris and Tyson are often hailed by fans for their down-to-earth nature.

Their other children are Venezuela, 14, Prince John James, 11, Prince Tyson II, seven, Valencia, five, Prince Adonis Amaziah, four, and Athena, two.

The kids had been especially wild that day, so I could hardly blame her.

Paris revealed in her book How Does She Do It? that at one point she was thinking of hiring a nanny to help control her kids in their £1.7million Morecambe mansion.

Paris said: "At one stage when i was feeling particularly frazzled, I did toy with the idea of employing a nanny.

"My chosen candidate came over to see the children in their home environment one afternoon and within hours she emailed me politely to rule herself out."

It seemed Paris totally understood why as her children were chaotic on this particular day.

Fortunately, she has now found a babysitter she can rely on for when she does have to be away from the children.
