Sol de Janeiro dupes that are £30 cheaper finally launch online for £4.49 – after weeks of being sold out in store

THEY'VE been sold out in stores for weeks.

But now Home Bargains fans have reason to celebrate, after the discount shop started selling their Sol de Janeiro body butter dupes online.

News of the website arrival was announced by the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK group on , who wrote: "Glow Body Butters Available Online At Home Bargains For £4.49 Each!"

And it's no wonder the dupes are so popular.

The Sol de Janeiro originals - such as the much-loved Bum Bum cream - are significantly more expensive.

While the Home Bargains versions are £4.49 for 200ml, the originals are £35 for 150ml - a saving of an incredible £30.

Shoppers took to the comments section to rave about the fact they can now get them online, with one writing: "Thanks for posting this.

"I've been to 8 stores and they're all sold out but I managed to buy online thanks to seeing this post!"

"I’m gonna go to home bargains tomorrow when I’m at work haha," another cheekily admitted.

"I didn’t know you could get them online!" someone else said.

"Apparently can get it online says here??" a third wrote, tagging their friend.

"These are the sol dupes I was on about," another commented, again drawing a pal's attention to the post.

But not everyone was impressed with the dupe, with one writing: "The texture of them aren't the same at all and the scent is weak".

"Just like Aldi when they do their dupes - never quite like the original ones!"

Home Bargains' Glow Body Butter is available in three different scents - pink lychee and crystal waters, cherry bomb and jasmine bloom and vanilla almond and salted caramel.

The dupes of the Sol de Janeiro sprays are not yet available to buy on the website.

However, beauty fans have been finding them in store, with their Perfume Mists just £3.99 each.
