Posting to their 528,000 followers, Sue said: “Noel’s started doing what he’s cooked for dinner over on TikTok this was delicious.”

First up, Noel got a large serving dish and added diced chicken, and an array of vegetables, including courgette, tomatoes and potatoes.

He then added a seasoning and tossed so it fully coated the ingredients.

Next, he covered the dish in foil and added it to the oven.

Noel then served up the delicious-looking meal for his large family, but fans rightly queried if it was enough to feed the family.

When one fan wrote: “That’s not going to feed all of them”, Sue replied: “noooo we did a few other big tins this didn’t even feed a quarter of our lot.”

Another fan added: “Need Noel’s cookbook.”

The star of Channel 5’s 22 Kids and Counting admitted to spending around £450 a week on shopping, often getting through up to 18 pints of milk and 44 lbs of potatoes a week.

Sue and Noel shot to fame in 2012 as the parents of Britain’s largest brood, landing a brand new series with Channel 5 in 2021.

And despite the fact it was only released on 29th February, the book has already climbed to second place on the prestigious list of bestsellers.

In the book, Sue was keen to clap back to the haters, who initially doubted the couple when Sue fell pregnant during her teens.

She concluded: “When I look at our family today, I occasionally think about the doubters – and the people who were nasty or turned their backs on me when I was expecting Chris.

“My message to them would be, ‘Look at us now, and what we have got.

“We are still together, more than 35 years on, with 22 kids, 10 grandchildren and two successful businesses.’

“We didn’t doubt ourselves at the start and we’ve always had the mindset that if you want something badly enough you can get it.”

The busy mum, 48, who lives with her family in Morecambe and is also a grandmother of ten, has revealed her budgeting hacks that help keep her family’s finances under control.

Sue told : “When it comes to food I try to shop around – different shops and supermarkets.”

Not only this, but Sue explained that the key to keeping the costs down for her family is to shop every day, rather than doing a huge weekly shop.

Sue, who has been married to Noel for almost 32 years, is also firm in that her busy home is ‘not a hotel’ and cooks one meal for all the children at dinnertime – enabling her to cut back on time and waste.
