From Gemma Atkinson’s huge 34Es turning into ‘golf balls’ to Playboy heiress’ POISON breasts… celeb boob job confessions
One celeb got a secret boob job last year and 'loves' her new chest
LIVING in the spotlight and being constantly photographed, it’s unsurprising stars seek a little nip or tuck here and there.
And it seems going under the knife has never been more popular with celebs – whether they like to admit it or not.
This week Megan Fox revealed she’s splashed around £25,000 on three boob jobs over the past 16 years — along with a nose job, Botox and laser surgical procedures.
The Transformers star told the podcast Call Me Daddy she had her first boob job around “21 or 22”, and had them done for a third time “very recently”, requesting “1990 stripper titties”.
Here we reveal the celebs who’ve spoken openly about their breast surgery – and it’s not always a happy ending…
‘I had beautiful breasts’
Rumours over whether youngest Kardashian-Jenner sibling Kylie had work done swirled for years before she finally admitted last year to going under the knife – at just 19.
The mum-of-two reality star, now 26, claims she regrets the decision, saying: “I had beautiful breasts, like natural t**s.
“Sat perfectly – just gorgeous. Like, perfect size, perfect everything. And I just wish obviously I never got them done to begin with.
“I would recommend anyone who is thinking about it to wait until after children.
“Obviously, I have a daughter, too, I would be heartbroken if she wanted to get her body done at 19.
“She’s the most beautiful thing ever. I want to be the best mom and the best example for her.
“I wish I could be her and do it all again because I wouldn’t touch anything.”
‘Sacks of fat’
While former Geordie Shore star Vicky Pattison, 36, has resisted having Botox or fillers in her face, she did have breast implants in 2014 – a choice she doesn’t regret.
It was after her drastic three-stone weight loss, which saw her drop from a size 16 to a size 6.
Vicky took her boobs – whom she nicknamed ‘Ant and Dec’ – from a 32B to a 32D and told Fabulous: “It’s fair to say I had pre-existing insecurities before going on reality TV, like any girl in her teens and twenties.
“I’d spent so long trying to lose the weight, I thought, ‘I f*****g deserve to feel good in this bikini’.”
Discussing why she wanted them done on Loose Women, Vicky said: “I always had full breasts and they were the first thing to go when I lost weight.
“They were like sacks of fat. Lacklustre sacks, Spaniels’ ears.”
‘Torpedo bazookas’
Despite a pretty obvious transformation, Victoria Beckham, 49, denied her boob job for years before finally admitting to the op in 2017, once she’d had the implants removed.
The Spice Girl boosted her bust from a 34A to a 34DD and was thought to have had the initial op in 1999 after the birth of son Brooklyn.
In 2011 the mum-of-four, who has been married to David since 1999, revealed she doesn’t have them anymore, telling Vogue: “No torpedo bazookas… Gone.”
Looking back at old photos, the designer said: “I’ve worn so many dresses in the past and when I see the photographs I think, ‘Crikey, my boobs are up round my neck again’.”
‘Golf balls in socks’
Mum-of-two Gemma Atkinson, 39, revealed last year her boobs are no longer anything like “what she paid for” after having two kids.
The former Hollyoaks star, who is engaged to Strictly star Gorka Márquez, 33, went under the knife at 22 to become a 34E after losing a lot of weight.
She said: “The surgeon said to me, ‘Are you hoping to have children one day? Because they will change.’
“From breastfeeding two babies now, to growing massive in pregnancy, back down to normal, they don’t look anything like what I paid for anyway… They’re back to golf balls in socks out of a bra!”
Gemma added she’s glad she “got to enjoy them” in her twenties when she was “more bothered about them”.
‘Confidence boost’ after kids
Corrie star and mum-of-three Helen Flanagan, 33, proudly spoke out about her breast enhancements last year, which she secretly had done at the end of 2022 to mark a “new start” following her split from long-time fiancé Scott Sinclair.
Helen said the surgery gave her “more confidence” after breastfeeding her three children left her chest feeling “saggy”.
“It’s just something that I did for myself, I really wanted to do it for my confidence,” she said.
“Obviously, I very much am for body confidence, and very much for supporting other women, but supporting women in all choices that they decided to do.
“I think if something really is bothering you, then I think, you know, it’s a good thing to do something about it.”
Wonky nipples
Earlier this month Love Island star Gabby Allen, 32, revealed she’d had surgery to fix a botched boob job, after her breasts became “annoying and uncomfortable”.
Gabby explained how her nipples were left wonky and her breasts “under her armpits” after her original boob job, which she originally got in 2017 to boost her body confidence.
She said: “When I had the first boob job… I loved them, it made me feel more me, and then I ruined them. You are not supposed to work out for six weeks after.
“So I am getting a second boob job because the first one I had three years ago, hands up it’s my fault, I worked out too soon.”
‘Slowly poisoned’
In 2021 former Playboy bunny Crystal Hefner, 37, revealed she lost half the blood in her body and almost died from plastic surgery.
The wife of the late Hugh Hefner added: “I advocate for being natural since I got very ill and removed my implants and everything else toxic in my body in 2016.”
Crystal previously revealed she believed her breast implants “slowly poisoned” her in a 2016 Facebook post.
She experienced symptoms including “intolerance to foods and beverages, unexplained back pain, constant neck and shoulder pain, cognitive dysfunction (brain fog, memory loss), stunted hair growth” and was initially diagnosed with Lyme disease.
She later deduced she was actually suffering from Breast Implant Illness.
‘Thrilled’ with results
Made In Chelsea star Millie Mackintosh, 34, revealed last year she was “thrilled” with her new boobs after discreetly going under the knife following the birth of her kids.
Millie, who has two young daughters with husband Hugo Taylor, responded to trolls who accused her of having ‘secret surgery’, saying: “I was under no illusion it would go unnoticed, and I had no intention of concealing the choice I had made…
“The truth is, I am really thrilled with the results, so to hide my happiness around a positive and extremely well-informed choice, which has helped me to reconnect to ‘Millie before she breastfed 2 kids’ would be a complete contradiction and also harmful to my emotional wellbeing.”
She added: ‘It was something that I had always wanted to do, since being about 18. When I realised that the breasts I had always dreamed of weren’t going to show up for me.
‘Honestly for me, this has been the best thing that I have done for myself.”
