Our exclusive Spring Sex Survey reveals that 47 per cent of you were planning on getting intimate during the holiday.

We polled 2,000 readers aged 18-plus about their saucy plans. Sixty-five per cent were in a relationship and 35 per cent single.

The results found that 41 per cent of couples had an increased desire for sex as they were more relaxed, while for 35 per cent it was because they are off work.

Roleplay handcuffs

A sizeable 24 per cent turned the weekend into a Bonk Holiday to burn off calories after scoffing chocolate.

Around 14 per cent wanted to incorporate food into their bedroom antics — with chocolate, whipped cream and strawberries being the tastes of choice.

And as the weather warms up, a third confessed to engaging in a bit of al fresco action, and 37 per cent expressed a desire to engage in roleplay, with handcuffs favoured by kinky couples.

Just under half of respondents said they find it hard to discuss their fantasies openly, while 52 per cent wish their partner would be more adventurous in the bedroom.
