THE secret to eternal youth could be down to a simple exercise.

That's according to one 57-year-old who says her free tip prevents and reverses jowls without resorting to surgery.

So effective is it, she swears you will see results in less than a month. It seems to have worked for her.

"I’m 57 and I’ve never had any cosmetic procedures," said Jodi Burwick Franklin () a functional medical practitioner.

In her , she focuses on a common sign of aging, the jowl area of the face.

But she said do not despair because there is a way of fixing them.

Her "facelift challenge," is, however, non-surgical.

"How to prevent and reverse jowls," she said.

This non-invasive method used a facial yoga movement.

She said it would help firm and tone the jawline.

"This method will give you the look of a facelift without surgery," she said.

HOW TO DO IT:

First, purse your lips, then tuck them under your teeth and make a small smile.

Then, using your forefingers, gently pull your skin back.

While doing this, push your head back and hold for five seconds.

After five, lower your head, relax, then start the whole movement again.

All the while keep your smile taut. Repeat three times.
