WE ALL know our parents have a life outside of raising us - but that doesn't mean we want to hear about it.
But one man was left horrified after coming home early and finding his parents in a compromising situation.

Taking to social media, the man revealed he managed to catch an earlier flight back home and didn't think to tell his parents he'd be home early.
However, he soon learnt that this wasn't a smart move a she discovered his parents' dark secret.
"I approached the front door, knocked, dropped my bags and then prepared to be embraced with warm hugs as soon as my mum and dad saw me standing on the porch," he revealed.
I asked if she knew my dad was married and she casually said yes.
But he was left in shock when the door opened only for another woman to be standing in the hallway.
He explained: "She looked young enough to be my girlfriend. But she was not my girlfriend. She was apparently my dad's girlfriend."
"I asked if she knew my dad was married and she casually said yes. I was flabbergasted," he added.
Apparently his dad was upstairs in a work meeting - meaning he had to hang out with his dad's girlfriend while processing the scene he just walked into.
Of course, the son decided to call his mum immediately and when they finally got on the phone to each other - he heard a revelation that would change his view of his parents forever.

While he thought his dad was cheating on his mum, it turns out the duo had an arageement.
"When my mom finally said something, it was to inform me of the following; She was seeing someone else too. Her own cereal guy," he said.

"She was actually with him at that moment. She said I was never supposed to find out like this, but she was in an open marriage with my dad."
When his dad was finally out of his work meeting, the son explained he knew what was going on and apologised for branding his dad a cheat.
He also said his dad had tried to convince him that an open marriage made his moments with his wife more special.
"My dad confirmed what my mum said and did his best to convince me that seeing other people somehow made his marriage more meaningful because the other people will always be other people whereas his wife will forever be the one.
"Just not the one and only," he added.
He added that he wouldn't be making anymore surprise visits to his parents after finding out they were swingers.
People were left stunned by the story that was posted on and took to the comments to share their thoughts.
One person wrote: "As far as I'm concerned this is the best possible ending to that story."
Another commented: "Well. You’ve taught me a valuable lesson for when our kids move out of home!"
"And this situation is exactly why my wife and I told our kids about our open marriage," penned a third.
Meanwhile a fourth said: "This story had a happy ending. Your parents have found a way to remain happily married. Don’t hold it against them."
