A WOMAN has revealed the easy three ingredient face mask she makes to reverse the signs of ageing in minutes.

Kate, from the UK, took to social media to share her easy recipe and beauty fans couldn't wait to try it for themselves.

Kate said: "Are we just about to turn back the hands of time?

"I think we f**king are."

She revealed she would be using green tea powder - otherwise known as matcha - for the main ingredient as she noted it contains the highest amounts of antioxidants.

The skincare whizz also noted that the powerful green powder also combats free radicals which protects your skin from pollution and is antimicrobial and antibacterial to help tackle acne.

Kate added that these elements can also help reduce inflammation and puffiness in the skin - leaving you looking fresh as a daisy.

Kate put the matcha in a glass container and then added castor oil to the mix.

She noted: "Castor oil is called the healing oil, and it can penetrate your skin deeper than any other oil."

This means the castor oil can fully absorb into the skin keeping it soft and hydrated.

To finish, Kate added a couple of drops of frankincense to the recipe and mixed it up.

Kate recommends leaving it on the skin for around 30 minutes and then using a damp cloth to remove it.
