IF you've recently moved house or are looking to decorate, then you may just want to take note.

That's because a professional cleaner has revealed the seven things she'd never have in her home...and it's not good news if you've opted for a silicone toilet brush.

Explaining why in a clip shared to , she says not only is silicone known for being hard to clean with but adds: "It's an absolute myth that they're cleaner than normal toilet brushes - you just need to keep on top of replacing normal ones."

Moving on, she points out that she'd never have a black tap in her home and urges anyone who lives in a hard water area to avoid them too.

Why? Well, according to the cleaning pro, they're the "devil" because of limescale build up which is tricky to remove off them.

Next up, she advises homeowners to steer clear of opting for black furniture because of how much it show dusts, while she points out that matt cupboards are also a no-go.

"I can't stress enough how hard these are to clean, any fingerprint or grease mark becomes so hard to remove if you don't have the right cleaning products," she explains.

Sharing perhaps the most unpopular opinion of all, she also reveals that she doesn't see the hype around Shark hoovers because she believes they're "too heavy" and "not flexible enough."

Not stopping there, the cleaning guru adds that framed mirrors are also on her hit list because of the amount of dust that gets collected in the tiny crevasses, before admitting that she also takes issue with waterfall taps.

"Limescale breeding ground! They're so hard to clean, I'd keep far far away," she advises.

The pro cleaner captioned the post: "These are so hard to clean. I'm not coming for you if you have these, just personal preference."

It wasn't long before the video garnered a whopping 218k views and hundreds of comments, with very mixed responses.

"Matte black cupboards are so easy. Just dish soap on a microfiber," wrote one.
