“I don’t desire my healthspan to expire before my lifespan,” Pascoe has proclaimed.
“My aim is to make them as equal as possible. My expectation is to live at the very least to the age of 95 in terrific shape … if not well past the age of 110, God willing.”
The anti-age guru revealed sleep was extremely important and never sets an alarm to wake up.

Dave then begins an exhaustive morning routine consisting of 15 minute floor stretches and five minutes on a mini trampoline to get the blood flowing.
After, he brushes his teeth and waits an hour before taking his first lot of 83 supplements including a vitamin D3 pill.
Next, Dave gets some sun on his skin and goes for a run or brisk walk before following it up with a that focuses on resistance and weight training.
After moving his body all morning, he then relaxes in the sauna and 45 minutes of meditation.
To fuel his body he has a workout shake and breakfast of a green banana and a chia, nut and berry bowl.
Although his routine seems strict, he reveals he can be flexible with it when needs must.
He explains: "f something should come up that would interfere with performing one or more of them, I don’t stress out about it.
While it’s awesome to have good structure and discipline, some of the best things in life occur spontaneously!”
He adds: “My ‘me time’ is extremely important to me, so I schedule for it, but I will not pass on an opportunity to spend quality time with others.
"As a single guy who lives alone, I’ll trade that workout, sauna session or biohack for connected quality time, every time. A single day of missing a few routines will not kill me.”
Dave revealed he often skips lunch - opting to have an early dinner at around 3pm consisting of organic, grass-fed beef, free-range chicken or wild-caught fish.
He also adds healthy vegetables with every meal as well as fermented foods such as sauerkraut.
Despite his healthy lifestyle, Dave admits he doesn't count calories as he finds limiting carbs is enough to ensure he stays slim and reversing ageing.
He also swears by blue-blocking glasses to reduce his exposure to light while watching television or using his tablet.
To end the day, the anti-ageing whizz does flexibility exercises and takes the rest of his supplements, which you can find .
