‘Best bargain ever’ shoppers beam as chocolate fans race to nab Lindt bunnies for 25p – & they’re not from a supermarket
SHOPPERS are legging it to get their hands on Lindt bunnies that have been reduced.
So if you’ve got a sweet tooth and fancy getting your hands on a bargain, you’ve come to the right place.
But whilst you might expect to find these slashed chocolate treats at a supermarket, you’ll be surprised to find out where they are actually shelved.
One savvy shopper was left stunned when browsing her local Card Factory - yes, you heard that correctly, the place that sells the cheap cards and wrapping paper - when she spotted that the luxurious Lindt bunnies were on sale.
Thrilled with her finds, Anna Maria Duffy stocked up on the reduced chocolate and took to social media to alert other shoppers.
Posting on , a private Facebook group with 2.4 million members, Anna shared a picture of her haul and penned: “My first ever bargain today in the Card Factory. All for £1.90.”

Anna then confirmed that the large iconic gold Lindt bunnies had been slashed to just 30p each.
Meanwhile, the smaller sized milk chocolate bunnies were only 25p each.

Clearly impressed with the reductions, Anna nabbed three large bunnies and four mini bunnies, all with the iconic red ribbon around their necks, costing her less than £2.
Anna then added: “They had loads left.
"This was the Card Factory in Tottenham Court Road, London.”
Anna’s post was shared just 14 hours ago, but it has clearly left many open-mouthed, as social media users flocked to the comments to praise Anna’s cheap finds.

Lesley Rowe shared a snap of the shop display at her local store, as she revealed the new deal that the chain is currently offering on cards.
The Facebook user beamed: “Come to Card Factory, from today all cards are four for the price of three! Bargain!”
