Even better, these three plants come recommended by budget-friendly landscape gardener Sophie.

Better known as on TikTok, this thrifty horticulturist scowers the high street for the best gardening buys.

From sinking her trampoline into the ground to adding a stunning pond for just £50, this content creator has utterly transformed her garden with her DIYs.

In her latest video, the savvy mum also transformed her trellis with a beautiful bloom from Aldi (Yes, you read that right).

Rather than spending a small fortune, the influencer decided to pick a Clematis Montana from the supermarket for under a tenner.

"I'm putting it in my planter so it can grow up might trellis," she explained in a now viral-video.

With it's delicate blooms and pretty pastel pink hues, it's not hard to see why the gardener was obsessed with the Clematis.

Despite it's beautiful blooms, Sophie revealed that the plant is very hardy and is 'perfect for most gardens'.

The supermarket flower is also great for growing against fences, as it thrives in either full sun or partial shade - just remember to keep its roots covered.

Like Sophie, you could do this by adding it to a planter or you could cover the base of the plant with decorative rocks.

 If you weren't already sold, the do not need any pruning and are fast growing, so your garden will be in full bloom in no time.

She excitedly told her followers: "This variety grows very quickly so next year, you will have so many flowers."

That's pretty impressive for an Aldi Specialbuy that costs just £5.99.

However, the 'amazing' Clematis wasn't the only flower that caught her eye.

In the caption, Sophie also revealed that the German supermarket had tons of other border plants in their Roots & Bloom range and some started from as little as £1.89.

She urged fans also to check out Aldi's Passion Flowers, which have incredible purple blooms from early summer to autumn.

This plant has gorgeous exotic flowers and enjoys shady,  sheltered spots, so it is perfect for growing on fences or your garden border.

Alternatively, you could go for Aldi's Oriental Poppy to add a bold pop of orangey-red to your garden - which often flowers twice a year.
