WHEN a woman in her seventh decade confesses to sending money to a man she's never met AND he's 40 years younger, it's bound to sound alarm bells.
But that's exactly what Pat, 68, revealed she does after meeting district nurse Sam, 28, online.

And she insists the pair are truly in love, despite the fact he lives on the other side of the world in Pakistan and the pair communicate via video call and text.
The retired nurse, who describes herself as "young at heart" and a "free spirit" called her boyfriend "very sexy" , especially his goatee.
Speaking about the unusual set up on , Pat says: "Sam is my Toy Boy, I am his MILF".
Giggling, she added that she had to explain to him what MILF (mum I'd like to f***) means.

"Pat is so kind and lovely and helpful", Sam says on the show.
When Sam explains it would be a dream to move to the UK and get a job in the NHS, Pat replies: "I want to support Sam because I'm his girlfriend.
"To make it easier for him to get to work, I treated him to a motorbike."

But Pat has traditional values and insists that when Sam arrives in the UK, the pair will have separate beds because they don't believe in sex before marriage.

However, on the show, Pat says that Sam did ask her to marry him, so she hopes she won't have long to wait to cement their relationship.
"Our physical attraction is quite strong", she says.
"We're both very physically attracted to each other so it will be hard to stick to our guns."
Not everyone is convinced by their relationship, and Pat's friend Anne shared her concern that Sam might be a scammer.
"I find it a bit weird about the age gap", she says, "but I do hope that he is genuine."

However, on the programme, Pat revealed how she doesn't see any red flags in her relationship with Sam, who told her that he is fine with the fact that she won't be able to give him children.
She says: "I don't really care what people think because you can't please everybody.
"So you might as well please yourself."
Pat also revealed how Sam's family were accepting - but he revealed how they thought Pat was his friend.
After finally telling his younger brother about the relationship, the brother's response was, "she is so old, are you serious?"
Sam replied: "I know she is so old but she is so helpful and encouraging."

It's unclear whether the pair - who have little presence online two years on - are still together but as Sam said at the time he was undecided about their future, it could be unlikely.
