Asha Allen Silverstein () is the owner and lead facialist at The Beauty Collective in Toronto.

She shared a free face-lifting method in an that, when done right, can have anti-aging results.

She demonstrated how she turned back time using a buccal massage technique.

The Intra-oral massage improves the appearance of fine lines around your mouth.

In the video, Silverstein had her thumbs hooked under her top lips and quickly but assertively tapped her fingers around her laugh lines.

She also rubbed around her temples and brought her hands down to the lower half of her face to promote lymphatic drainage.

"POV: You use these buccal massage moves to iron out your nasolabial folds from the inside out! In two weeks, your laugh lines have faded and lips look fuller," the caption read.

Several Instagrammers were open to trying it out.

"Gotta start doing this. Looks so relaxing," one said.

Others weren't so convinced and were full of questions.

"Shouldn’t your fingers be moving up in the first move? I don’t like making downward moves on my face," another commented.

Silverstein assured them that "you’re not suddenly gonna pull your face down because you do one particular move."

"That would be like massaging your arm in a particular direction and thinking it would stay there. This is the best way to release that muscle and when a muscle is released, everything lifts," she explained.

She said that "lots of touch and massage is the key to anti-aging in so many ways."

"When we have tight muscles, it restricts blood and lymphatic flow, which then decreases collagen production, so essentially it keeps us useful, and our cells have the ability to renew and regenerate," she added.

The relaxing massage technique was created by , an author and worldwide trainer of sculptural facelifting methods.

The sculptural facelifting and buccal facial offered at Silverstein's wellness center lifts and tones the appearance of the face.

"Buccal massage is something that one can do. You can get it done professionally, which you really should, or you can learn some small aspects of this technique online," she told The U.S. Sun.

Silverstein encouraged others to do more research and follow a "protocol" before attempting the trick on their own because it's all about proper hand placement.
