M&S employee raves over on-trend £45 dress that ‘keeps her coming into work and makes her smile’
THE leopard print trend was huge in the 90s - and it's definitely found its way back to the high street this summer.
And just like other items from the decade - think baby tees and disc belts - the much-loved trend has started popping up in shops again, with Marks and Spencer offering up some gorgeous options.
So if you fancy channelling your inner Scary Spice with the spotty style then you’re in luck, as the store has got your fashion needs covered across loads of items.
It's not just shoppers loving the M&S buys either, as a worker admitted anything in the print "makes her smile" and keeps her coming back.
Posting on the Stirling store's TikTok page, the employee said: "If someone asked me if I liked leopard print I would say yeah it's nice.
"But if someone asked me on a deeper level I would say leopard print is what keeps me coming into M&S.
"Seeing leopard print on delivery brings a smile to my day."
She added: "It makes me feel like Mel B when she was in her leopard print era or Kat Slater from Eastenders.
"I would simply make me feel like a baddy just picturing myself in leopard print.
"I go to sleep at night thinking about leopard print."
And fashion fans are in full agreement about the 90s print, as someone else instantly agreed: "Haha love this, defo me.
Meanwhile, someone else said: "Not afraid to admit it, leopard print is a neutral and goes with everything."
Alongside her post, the M&S worker showed off a £45 animal print midaxi waisted dress which comes in sizes 6-24 and is also available in petite and tall.
Describing the frock, shop bosses say: "Bring a statement look to your wardrobe with this pure cotton animal print dress.
"It's designed in a regular fit, with a waisted shape to flatter your figure.
"The tiered midaxi-length skirt and short puff sleeves make it a versatile option for day or night.
"A feminine v-neck with a slim ribbon tie adds an elegant finishing touch."
If you want to try the leopard print trend in a more subtle way, you can also pick up a thin belt with gold buckle for £15 in a twin-pack with a plain silver version.
There is also a £32.50 animal print V-neck blouse on the rails which shoppers say "fits the bill" if you're a fan of the pattern.
Elsewhere on the high street, a pair of denim shorts in the on-trend print have been hailed as the "perfect buy for summer" in Primark.
Fashion fans have also been loving the new low-rise maxi skirt, which is just £14, and £10 wide legged trousers hailed as "super comfy".

Not only this, but shoppers can snap up a £16 maxi slip dress too, which is perfect for evenings abroad in the summer.
And a £16 leopard print beaded bag has been branded the best accessory the store has ever released.
Why Everyone Is Loving M&S
Deputy Fashion Editor Abby McHale revealed to Fabulous why M&S is the shop of the moment. She explained:
“M&S has really pulled it out of the bag this season, there is so much good product to be excited about.
“A brand once known for its ‘frumpy fashion’ that notion is long gone with it now being one of the leading high street stores for womenswear.
“Its handbag range in particular is super strong with them selling 170% vs plan, with lots more designer dupes for just a fraction of the price.
“The brand is now also the #1 for style perceptions, compared to the #3 spot it had last year, this comes from a really strong design team focused on modernising the brand, not only taking into consideration how the pieces look, but how easy they are to wear also.
“Price is also a big factor with you being able to get many good quality pieces all for under £30.
“After having a sneak peek of the upcoming collection there are so many more amazing pieces that are dropping over the next few months to keep your eyes on.
“Think leopard print dresses, colourful co-ords, embroidered boho jackets, plus lots of swimwear and amazing accessories, as well as great wardrobe staples that will last year on year.”
