LadBaby Mum - aka Roxanne Hoyle - took to her to share the £3.50 must-have.

"Found this ice contour cube dupe for £3 from Primark," she wrote over the top of the clip.

"Honestly, if you wake up with a puffy face or just suffer from hormonal skin then this is for you!"

She showed herself filling up the device with water, before popping it into the freezer.

The next morning, she took it out of the freezer, removed the lid and slowly wiped the ice block over her face.

Rox then shared a before and after look at the impact the cooling cube had on her skin - taking her "early morning puffy face" to "glowy for the school run".

Ice rollers have enjoyed a surge in popularity in recent months, thanks to their multiple benefits.

According to , ice rollers can "stimulate circulation across your face", bringing "oxygen and nutrients to the surface", resulting in a "glowing complexion".

The ice also helps "reduce capillaries and tighten the appearance of pores across your face", which allows skincare products to penetrate further into the skin.

And one of the biggest benefits, as Rox experienced, is a reduction in puffiness.

LadBaby Mum shares the handbag-sized Primark product that keeps her flyaway hairs in place for hours, and it's only £2

"The massaging motion of icing your face stimulates lymphatic drainage, reducing fluid retention – which is exactly what you need to reduce facial puffiness," Beauty Bay's Chloe Loizou explained.

"It works especially well for puffy eyes – just gently massage ice globes in circular motions around your eyes, enjoy the soothing feeling, and await the de-puffing results."

As for when you should use an ice roller, dermatologist Annie Gonzalez, based in Miami, said it should be part of your regular skincare regime.

Best beauty dupes

Fabulous' Beauty Editor, Tara Ledden revealed the cheaper version of your favourite beauty products that you should have in your cupboard.

"A huge 55% of us would like to spend less on our beauty routines according to new research from E.l.f. Cosmetics, so it’s no wonder there’s millions of #dupe videos on Tiktok.

"While some dupes are easy to spot given their look-a-like packing, they’re often lacking when it comes to the contents.

"In fact, some of the best dupes look nothing like the luxury product they’re a dead-ringer for - and, trust me, they’re the ones you want."

REAL: , £32.50 DUPE: , £3.50 which is a saving of £29. The Natural Collection Bronzer comes in more shades, although it doesn’t have a mirror in the compact.

REAL: £35 DUPE: , £10. These two share a similar green hue, as well as the same long-wearing, mattifying properties - although, E.l.f’s is so popular it’s just as hard to get hold of.

REAL: , £28 DUPE: , £8.99. The shades of these two lipsticks are virtually identical on the lips, although while Charlotte Tilbury’s is matte, the L’Oreal Paris Lipstick has a satin finish - which actually makes it more comfortable if you’re wearing all day.

REAL: , £40 DUPE: , £6.99. While they don’t look alike from the outside, the formula, consistency and staying power of both foundations is pretty similar - unfortunately, the Collection only comes in 20 shades vs Estee Lauder's 60 options.

REAL: , £20 DUPE: £2.50. There’s a whole Reddit thread dedicated to this dupe, so you know it’s got to be good. They both have a waxy consistency and added fibres to make brows look fuller. I have to say, the shade range is far better with Boy Brow, but if you’re brunette, there’s plenty of Essence shade options to try.

“I recommend using your ice roller to help spread products to all areas of your face,” she .

"For example, you can apply a moisturizer or serum to your face and then use your ice roller to spread the product to your under eyes, forehead, temples, cheeks, etc.

"Massaging the face with your ice roller can help the topical product absorb into the skin."
