A DERMATOLOGIST has shared the FREE 30 minute ritual you can do to immediately age your skin backwards.
Dr Azadeh Shirazi, a trusted dermatologist who goes by Dr Azi on social media, believes your thirties are “the most crucial time to start” employing anti-ageing efforts.
But it’s still never too late to improve your complexion, and now is better than never.
“The number one question I get asked all the time as a dermatologist is how to anti-age and preserve skin,” Dr Azi said.
“And when it’s the best time to start on an anti-ageing regimen.”
But according to the skin expert, one ritual that will help you age backwards from the inside out is totally free.

She recommends that her clients exercise for around 30 minutes, three times a week to reap the body's natural anti-ageing abilities - no posh creams necessary.
“I say this because it is backed up by science,” Dr Azi shared on her YouTube channel.
Recent analyses done on people in their forties found that those who regularly exercised in their twenties and thirties had “younger” skin.
“When you exercise, your muscles release a myokine called interleukin-15 that has anti-aging effects on the skin,” Dr Azi explained.

“Not only that, but exercise enhances blood flow and blood circulation, which means more oxygen gets delivered to the skin.
“And you release endorphins, which is great for reducing stress.
“Stress is one of the worst things for ageing skin - it really accelerates ageing.
“So, getting some of those endorphins, even if you do it three days a week and only do it for 30 minutes, that is going to be enough to make a difference.”
Chronic inflammation, often referred to as "inflammaging," is a significant contributor to the body’s physical and internal ageing process.
And that’s exactly what interleukin-15 battles against when our muscles release it.

However, it's worth noting that research into interleukin-15 is still in early stages, especially in humans.
Fortunately for us health-conscious ladies, findings so far suggest that the protein plays a big role in slowing down the physical process of ageing.
