BUM implants can take someone from a flat bottom to rear of the year in just a few hours.
Dozens of celebs are rumoured to have had the posterior procedure. Here is how it works, and how much you'd have to fork out for a rounder rear.
What is a bum lift and how much do implants cost?
Bum implants are silicone products that are inserted into a "pocket" made by a trained surgeon who slices an incision into their client's bum.
The implants are firmer than those used during boob jobs, and the op costs between £4,000 and £6,600.
Some people get bum implants following weight gain, weight loss or pregnancy - which can affect the bottom's elasticity or cause the cheeks to droop.
The operation is carried out under general anaesthetic, and takes around two hours.
Implants should last for a minimum of 10 years, while you will be left with a small scar which will be red for the first few months.
Clients are normally kept in hospital overnight, and advised to take a fortnight off work and avoid exercising for five weeks.
The experts at explain: "After the operation the buttock area will be swollen and slightly bruised and can be painful. Walking and sitting can be difficult.
"You will need to take a few days to rest and should not put any strain on the buttock area for six weeks after the procedure.
"You will need to sit upright with a straight back and wear support pants for up to six weeks. Initially you will only be able to sleep on your side or front.
"The buttock will feel tight until the skin gets used to the new shape and size."
What is a Brazilian Bum Lift?
A Brazilian Bum Lift, sometimes known as a BBL has grown in popularity over the past year, and is considered a more 'natural' alternative to silicone implants.
It's an invasive surgical procedure under general anaesthetic, and involves liposuction from the waist/inner thighs/back or any problem areas.
They will then purify the removed fat, before inserting it in the bum and hips to create the perfect hourglass figure and round bum.
A BBL can cost anything from around £3,000 (if done abroad) to £10,000.
Which celebrities have had bum lifts?
Ex on the Beach star Laura-Alicia Summers spent £5,000 on a Brazilian lift, which she forked out for in a bid to look like Kim Kardashian.
Towie's Chloe Sims has had two boob jobs and a Brazilian bum lift, while Big Brother star Lateysha Grace has had three bum lifts in the past.
Wannabe Barbie Star Delguidice flew to Turkey to have bum implants.
Finding a surgeon in Istanbul, the seven-hour op involved draining fat from her arms, thighs and stomach and injecting them into her bum.
But the 28-year-old opted for implants double the recommended size, and is worried they will explode and claims to feel them moving around.
Swedish model Natasha Crown has had three bum lifts in her effort achieve the world's biggest bottom.
Since getting them done, Star says she is now suffering with anxiety and panic attacks.
Reality TV star Heidi Montag had buttock augmentation surgery at the age of 23, as one of 10 procedures she received in a day.
Meanwhile, surgery addict Alicia Douvall is yet to get her dodgy bum implants removed - despite them leaking silicone into her body after they burst.
Celebs including Holly Hagan, Katie Price, Bianca Gascoigne, Ferne McCann and Chloe Goodman are all fans.
The Sun Online exclusively revealed that Ex on the Beach star Jemma Lucy had also flown to Turkey for the BBL operation for a bigger backside.
She then spent seven days recovering in Turkey before flying home.
Jemma recovered speedily as she showed off her peachy bum on the beach in September, 2017.
CBB star Chloe Khan was another celebrity to sign up for a butt lift.
She posted a Snapchat video telling fans she too was on her way to Turkey for the procedure, along with designer vagina surgery.
Comedian Katherine Ryan came under fire after lying about having a botched bum lift in order to promote a recent TV show.
Are Brazilian Bum Lifts safe?
Youngest EuroMillions winner Jane Park was reportedly left "fighting for her life" with sepsis after a Brazilian bum lift went wrong.
The 21-year-old had the procedure to get a perkier behind but was later rushed to hospital after becoming severely unwell.
She had already suffered with swollen lips and cheeks after reacting to the anaesthetic at the Turkish hospital.
Jane, who has spent more than £50,000 on plastic surgery since she won a million pounds aged 17, said at the time: “I’m in absolute agony, I know the saying is pain is beauty, but this is horrific.
“They’re almost certain it’s sepsis , I’m frightened and I’m emotionally drained. I have tried to put on a brave face, but I’m really scared.”
Friends and family of the young Lotto winner had previously said they were worried about her safety following the surgery blunder, according to
A source said: “They are worried that she has become addicted to cosmetic surgery because she has been really poorly – but she still says she would have more cosmetic work done.”
On August 29, the devastated partner of a mum-of-three who died while undergoing a Brazilian bum lift at a clinic in Turkey told The Sun he was a "broken man" following her death.
It is thought Leah Cambridge, 29, died in the operating theatre but the cause has still not been revealed.
Partner Scott Franks, who was in Turkey with her parents preparing to fly Leah’s body home, said: “I just wish this was a bad dream.
“Two days ago I was happy. Now I’m a broken man and will be forever. I’m hurt so bad and this is only the start. My life has crashed.”
Scott, 31, warned others considering similar cosmetic surgery to take note of the risks. He added: “People need to be aware of situations that can happen with this treatment.
“We are still waiting for answers and are also trying to get a flight to bring Leah home.”
On October 4 it was announced that another unnamed young British woman had died as a result of the Brazilian Bum Lift surgery.
What is a non-surgical Brazilian bum lift?
In the world of lip fillers and non-surgical nose jobs, many people now see going under the knife as an unnecessary effort - and expense.
Non-surgical Brazilian bum lifts see similar results to surgery - with contoured posteriors, increased firmness and smoother skin in just four treatments.
