I’m the biggest fan of ‘Botox in a bottle’ for my loose skin – you can get it on holiday for £4, says Cara De La Hoyde

SHE’S known for being honest in all aspects of her life – from doing the school run in her pyjamas, to admitting her first child was a happy accident.
Now Cara De La Hoyde has revealed the beauty secret she swears by to get rid of “loose” skin – and it only costs £4.
Speaking on her podcast, , the 34-year-old revealed her weekly essential – which you can get for cheap on holiday.
The Love Island star said both she and husband Nathan Massey, 32, are obsessed with using Tretinoin.
Cara added: “They say it’s Botox in a bottle, me and Nathan both use and it helps to, before I started using it my skin was really loose.
“This tightens your skin.”
Cara and her podcast guests also revealed it can be bought over the counter in the Middle East and some European countries for as little as £4.
And Cara isn’t wrong – tretinoin, a form of Vitamin A, is hailed in the skincare community as it can reduce both wrinkles and acne.
Tretinoin works by irritating the skin and speeds up the life cycle of skin cells, says Healthline.
It makes them divide faster and die faster, so newer, healthier cells can take their place.
It’s often why people who first start using it suffer with the ‘purge’, a term used to describe spots coming to the surface when first using the product.
But after a few weeks this should die down leaving glowing, wrinkle-free skin in its wake.
While it’s perfect for anti-ageing and tightening skin it can’t be used by everyone.
People who are pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication or go into the sun a lot should consult a doctor before using it.
Previously the reality star admitted to ‘spiralling’ after giving birth to her first child, and ditching her glamorous Love Island life.
Cara and Nathan welcomed their first child, a son named Freddie, in 2017, not long after they won the show.
