The content creator, who was wearing a pair of grey gym leggings and a black crop top, showing off her toned physique, then revealed the three simple rules she lives by.
She claimed that not only does she not smoke, but she also doesn’t drink alcohol or eat any sugar.
Whilst doing a barbell row, Maria advised: “Start young, don’t wait till it’s too late.”
