IF you follow any celeb home accounts, you’ve likely seen a collection of BE@RBRICK ornaments worth over £645 each.
The trend swept through social media. And now, Aldi has released its own DIY version for a whopping £638 cheaper just in time for Christmas.
The budget supermarket’s Marble Bear kits will be available in the middle aisle as of tomorrow (October 24).
“Swirl and twirl the stylus around the paints to create multi-coloured patterns and a beautiful marble bear,” bosses said.
They added that the boxes, which cost just £6.99, are “great for gifting”.
The colour options come in neon or metallic for you to decorate the ornament from the comfort of your own home.

The craft kit has been dubbed “creative play for kids and adults” that should help people “unleash their creative side”.
BE@RBRICK, a bear-shaped collectible toy, originated as a fun art piece in Japan.
But the innovative ornaments soon gained a cult following due to collaborations with renowned artists, designers and brands.
Among these is Banksy, Looney Tunes and even Noel Gallagher on a limited edition Oasis design.

The bears are sold in Selfridges for £645 each, making Aldi’s DIY copycat a total bargain.
Aldi’s social media team took to Instagram to promote the dupe.
“This is so fun,” one shopper commented.
“I’m getting these for my kids’ stocking fillers,” one parent added.
“How cute are these for Christmas?” a third quipped.
The bears are hitting the middle aisle after Aldi dropped some hot deals to heat your house last week.
