I work in Superdrug – there’s a reason we wear a headset and watch with eagle eyes, no you’re not being paranoid
A FORMER Superdrug employee has dished out the secrets of working in the beauty store.
Naz took to social media to reveal a huge part of her job proving that shoppers aren't being paranoid.
The ex-employee revealed they were told to wear headsets when people came into the store.
And while many customers have had fears it was to spy on them, many hoped it was so employees could talk to each other about stock or being needed on till.
However, Naz was quick to reveal it was because the workers were watching you like a hawk.
She said: "When you're headsetted to stalk someone."

Instead of conforming to the rules, she instead posed for a selfie as she guarded the doors of the store.
"When taking this selfie was more important then bullying and stalking a shopper for no reason," she added.
Clearly Naz disagreed with 'stalking' customers and wanted managers to realise how awkward the whole scenario is.
Naz added: "When they bought there items without needing me to stalk them and left without feeling like a criminal.
"Job done - managers, take notes."
"Customers' lives matter," she joked in the caption of the video.
People were quick to share their thoughts with many shocked they weren't just being paranoid about being followed around Superdrug by workers.
One person wrote: "Hold on..so you're telling me the staff ARE in fact watching me and following me as I browse??? I gaslit myself into thinking I was being paranoid. I actually feel validated."
"Sorry to be the bearer of bad news hun," Naz replied.
Everything you need to know about Superdrug jewellery...
FASHION expert Abby McHale has shared her thoughts on Superdrug jewellery...
Who would have thought the shop where you pick up all your beauty needs is also the place to go for jewellery.
Well Superdrug actually has a rather large jewellery section.
Online there are over 150 pieces to choose from and the best part is, most pieces are under £10.
You can even pick yourself up the likes of a watch for £9.99 - bargain.
Or you can stay bang on trend with tone drop earrings, chunky rings and layered necklaces.
So next time you run out of mascara and head into Superdrug take a look at its jewellery range as I think you will be pleasantly surprised.
Another commented: "They did it to me today in my local Superdrug store. The assistant was pretending to look at the shampoo where I was. They make it so obvious. I walked out and didn’t buy anything."
"This is why I shop online , every time you go Superdrug you get followed," penned a third.
Meanwhile a fourth said: "I knew Superdrug did this. I hate the vibe in Superdrug I avoid it at all costs."
"So I'm not crazy,” claimed a fifth.
