I lost 11 STONE on Ozempic but now but trolls laugh at my saggy ‘skin sac’ – yes it’s dramatic but I’ll take it any day
A WOMAN who has lost a whopping 11 stone thanks to her Ozempic jab has hit back at nasty trolls.
Amy used the weight loss job and is thrilled with the results - but it seems nasty trolls online don't feel the same way.
She decided to address the comment instead of ignoring it in a new video she posted to social media, and she wasn't going to let the rudeness slide.
Amy responded to a comment which read: "Why does everyone on Ozempic always end up looking like a skin sack?
"No muscle definition just skin lmao."
Amy stood up to show off her grey sweater and brown tracksuit bottoms before pulling her top up.

Showing off her stomach and it's loose skin proudly, she said: "That's right. There she is in all her glory.
"All that excess skin. Can you believe Ozempic did this?
"I really can, because Ozempic helped me lose 160 pounds."
Amy went on to educate the meanie - explaining that losing lots of weight often results in loose skin and had nothing to do with the drug itself.
While people do claim they use Ozempic for weight loss it is only indicated for the treatment of adults with insufficiently controlled type 2 diabetes mellitus as an adjunct to diet and exercise.
And while trolls may not like the look of it Amy was thrilled with the progress she has made .
Plenty of people took to the comments section praising Amy for her weight loss.
One person wrote: "Any weight loss will do that!!! People aren’t very smart sometimes."
How to lose weight without surgery
There are various other ways to lose weight without going under the knife.
According to the NHS, to get the best possible start on its weight loss plan, there are the seven steps you should follow.
- Get active for 150 minutes a week – you can break this up into shorter sessions
- Aim to get your 5 A Day – 80g of fresh, canned or frozen fruit or vegetables count as 1 portion
- Aim to lose 1 to 2lbs, or 0.5 to 1kg, a week
- Read food labels – products with more green colour coding than amber and red are often a healthier option
- Swap sugary drinks for water – if you do not like the taste, add slices of lemon or lime for flavour
- Cut down on food that's high in sugar and fat – start by swapping sugary cereal for wholegrain alternatives
- Share your weight loss plan with someone you trust – they can help motivate you when you have a bad day
Another commented: "I lost a lot of weight naturally and have loose skin too. Nothing to do with Ozempic."
"Weight loss did that, I have the same excess skin and I just simply lost weight - no Ozempic involved," penned a third.
Meanwhile a fourth said: "I agree my health is so much better."
"You look fantastic,” claimed a fifth.
