I bought a £30K tiny home from Amazon – it’s foldable and even came with two free sofas, but there is a catch

WITH housing prices continuing to rise, some people have looked to less-traditional ways of becoming homeowners.

One man revealed that he purchased a tiny house from Amazon for £30,000.

In his viral , TikTok user Jeff (@hittaa_jeff) showed his followers around his new home.

He explained that the foldable prefab home arrived that morning had was assembled quickly and easily.

According to Jeff, the home took five Amazon workers a total of 27 minutes to set up.

The TikToker also revealed that the Amazon specialist he spoke to provided him with two sofas for the space.

As well as helping him get started on his furniture, the employee also gave Jeff "upgrades" on the home.

He revealed that she changed the colour and increased the square footage to make the space feel ";way bigger."

Before he gave a tour of the interior, he pointed out the plumbing on the exterior of the house and the glass doors.

Inside, Jeff showed his audience around the kitchen and living area, which included the two free sofas.

He also gave viewers a glimpse inside his future bathroom and bedroom.

However, he revealed that not every aspect of the tiny home was ideal.

The TikToker pointed out on decor element that he was not a fan of in the bathroom.

"I like the bathroom but I don’t like that everything is plastic, fake marble," he explained.

Jeff also pointed out a significant design issue when it comes to his budget home.

The ceilings are very low, I’m not going to lie, I’m 5-foot-8, so they’re not too high, they’re very low," he said.
