And with New Year’s Eve right on its heels, some might be stressing over the best day to apply their tan to make sure it lasts and doesn’t go patchy.

Well, former Love Islander Demi Jones has got people covered and has shared a step-by-step guide to ensure beauty fans can have the perfect glow through to 2025. 

Taking to TikTok, “I have created the perfect December tanning schedule, step by step, what days you need to be doing what to keep your tan up the whole way through Christmas Eve, all the way through to 2025.”

Day four is boxing day, where Demi says that beauty fans can now relax and enjoy their tan whilst eating their “body weight in chocolate and chill.” 

She says: “All we need to do is moisturise. I moisturise with the Advanced Illuminating Gradual Tan.
