A MUM has found herself brutally trolled after meanies insisted she looks like her baby’s NAN thanks to her grey hair.

Mum-of-three Chelsea, from Los Angeles, may be 32 – but according to brutal strangers both online and in real life, she could very well be a grandmother.

The US-based mum-of-three shared a response to all the trolls online, some of whom said she looked 60

The US woman, who is embracing her greying locks, claimed that a random person recently asked whether her baby, who’s seven months, was, in fact, her ”grandchild”.

Sharing the incident on TikTok, Chelsea said: ”A woman in the grocery store just asked me if my seven-month-old was my only grandchild.”

The fresh-faced mum, who wears her hair in a grey bob, added in : ”I’ll be 33 next month.”

”Hello darkness my old friend,” the mum-of-three wrote in the caption, as thousands flooded to comments to share their thoughts.

Although numerous people were kind and reckoned Chelsea looked her age, there were also dozens of trolls who thought her greying mane was ageing her.

One commented: ”I’m all for people embracing their grey hair! But I don’t understand why they act surprised when others think they’re way older than they really are.

”Grey is cool but it DOES age you no matter what.”

Another social media user chimed in and wondered: ”I mean are you really surprised?”

”It’s your hair. People associate grey with old people. Your skin is flawless!” a third added.

”damn girl I’m all for aging gracefully but we can still put some effort in. lol,” read a savage comment.

Woman issues urgent warning to check the codes on hair dye bottles, after a shop swap left her with grey locks

Hitting back at the meanies after her video took the internet by storm, the 32-year-old stunner posted another clip, saying the remarks were simply ”rude”.

All glammed up and sporting a sexy red lippy, as well as a sleek bob, Chelsea said: ”Is this better? Or are we so accustomed to seeing women with lots of Botox, lots of lip filler, lots of filler in other places, cosmetic surgery that we don’t know what a woman in her 30s looks like anymore.

”Is it my hair? Is it my skin? Is it the way I style myself?

“To be fair, yes, I am surprised – because I think I look like any other of my friends,” said the mum-of-three who added that the ”only difference” was her mane that was ”not brown or blonde”.

Three hair mistakes that are making you look older

THERE are some hair mistakes to avoid if you don't want to make yourself look older than you actually are:

  • One dimensional hair colour – it’s a good idea to visit a hairdresser to get your colour done. Using a box dye can leave you with one block colour, so steer clear.
  • Hair that’s too dark around the hairline – “Add softer, lighter tones and shades around the sides of the face to bring lift and life to your eyes; too dark a colour will do the opposite and feel very gaunt and dreary,” Jack Howard, UK colour spokesperson for L’Oreal, said.
  • Sticking to the hair colour of your youth – While you might have looked good with jet black hair in your 20s, the same may not be said now you’re in your 50s. The general rule is that your hair colour should lighten with age, just as your skin tone does.

Responding to one TikTok troll in particular, Chelsea pointed out that the woman had ”an anti-bullying campaign” in her bio – which, she said, was ”really interesting”.

Chelsea added: ”I’m just surprised that someone who is self-proclaimed Gen X really is taking to this kind of action.”

Despite the harsh critics, who’ve allegedly mistaken Chelsea for a 60-year-old, the mum-of-three added she wouldn’t be listening to anyone’s advice to ”dye her hair”.

Instead, Chelsea revealed in , she’s decided ”to keep on keeping on and love herself the way she is”.

”You can call me Granny if ya want,” she shared a brilliant response to the online bullies.

Since going viral on the platform, Chelsea has also found a huge army of supporters, with one writing: ”The money people pay for this and you do it NATURALLY.. it makes you glow and is stunning.”

‘Another wrote: ‘I am 38 and was red my whole life. Now I’m all grey. Please keep encouraging us that it is OK. It is so hard in this society.”

A third chimed in: ”you’ll catch them on the flip side when you look the same at 60 & have a savings account full of the money you didn’t waste on your roots!!”
