My hair was falling out so badly that I lost 40% of my locks – then I found a £17 buy that changed everything
SHE was desperately hunting for solutions after her hair began falling out.
But one woman has explained it was actually after finding a £20 product she now swears by, that things began to change for her.
She took to Reddit to explain that she had only saved a few pictures of her "hair journey", as she "didn’t want to be reminded of the hair loss every time I went through my camera roll".
However, she had cobbled together some snaps, which she is now using to "perhaps give someone some hope".
"I think the comparison from the beginning of my hair loss to today, more than a year later, does show that it is possible for your hair to come back," she added.
She wrote that she first started "noticing thinner spots" in her hair, before it progressed to the "peak" of her hair loss - where she had lost "about 40% of my hair".

She also shared a snap of a pile of hair in her hand, as she said: "I was losing this amount of hair in the shower every single day."
But more than a year later, she wanted to show "how these spots have filled in".
In response to one comment on the post, she explained that she added three drops of organic rosemary oil to her shampoo every day - and let it sit in her hair for five minutes before rinsing it out.
She also credits The Ordinary's Multi-Peptide Serum for Hair Density for helping with hair loss, as she used it overnight, two to three times a week.
