‘We need to visit’ scream shoppers as 90s cartoon to take over TWO Scots Primark cafes
PRIMARK has done it again - giving shoppers a nostalgic boost with its new cafe theme.
The high street giant has previously transformed its eating spots into Shrek, Hello Kitty, Spongebob SquarePants and The Grinch-inspired delights.
And the budget retailer is now bringing in the New Year with a 90s cartoon theme for 2025.
The Simpsons cafe will launch at two Scottish Primark stores later this week.
The Braehead branch will welcome it on Friday, January 10, while Primark's Edinburgh store will get a Springfield makeover on Saturday.
Elsewhere in the UK, The Simpsons cafe can be currently found in Cardiff, Manchester and Birmingham - with plans for Belfast too.
And cafe organisers, The Immersive Cafe, have promised that "Homer and his friends will be in Primark cafes for quite some time".
There is no need to prebook the cafe, and you can just show up on the day.
Some of the menu highlights include butter bacon waffles for £6.95 and a loaded toastie complete with sliced beef, cheese, pink pickled onions and rocket, also £6.95.
And it wouldn't be a Homer-worthy menu if there were no doughnuts up for grabs too.
Shoppers can snap up caramel brownie doughnuts or a jammy dodger version.
There's also a strawberry doughnut milkshake topped with white chocolate drizzle, whipped cream, sprinkles and a pink doughnut for £5.95.
Unsurprisingly, fans of the hit 90s cartoon are already desperate to visit the pop up cafe as one gushed: "Okay I think this might be favourite one yet."
"Omg looks amazing", wrote a second.
A third chimed in: "AMAZING! nothing has ever excited me more than this."
A fourth added: "Definitely need to visit!!"
Meanwhile, a fifth said: "Wow this looks soooo good I’ll be so going."
