A WOMAN has shared how she lost her lower belly fat in just five weeks with five simple changes.
Jenni Ducklas took to social media to show off her new figure and how she achieved it.
In the clip, she said: "I did this in just five weeks, although my original plan was eight weeks long.
"So I'm gonna break down everything that I did."
In the before and after images there was a visible difference in how much flatter Jenni's stomach looked now.
The first step Jenni took to lose weight was to make sure she was getting cardio into her routine.
She revealed she would go to the gym to use the Stairmaster four times a week for twenty minutes, a swell as go on at least two runs a week.
Next, Jenni worked on her diet, she opted for a calorie deficit as well as eating gut-friendly food.
Fermented foods like kimchi and sauerkraut which improve digestion.
"The third thing I did was strength training," she continued.
"I was strength training four times a week."
On TikTok, Jenni shares some of her workout routines to lose fat and gain muscle which include weight training and pull-ups.
