I gave my bathroom a mega makeover for just £35 with Temu and B&Q bargains – now it looks beautiful & was so easy to do
A DIY enthusiast has revealed that she gave her bathroom a total transformation whilst on a budget.
So if the cost of living crisis has made your purse feel tighter than ever before, but you’re keen to give your home some TLC, then you’ve come to the right place.
Using cheap buys from B&Q and Temu, Becca Pearson was able to turn her bathroom from drab to fab without breaking the bank - and it’s left many open-mouthed.
Keen to show off her bathroom overhaul, Becca took to social media and shared a before and after look at the space.
Posting on , a private Facebook group with 2.2 million members, Becca uploaded pictures of her bathroom - which is now super chic and trendy.
Alongside the post, she penned: “Bathroom makeover using paint and vinyl wallpaper from Temu.”

She then explained: “I used V33 Multi Surface Paint in Green Khaki Satin.”
Becca used V33 Acrylic Paint, which you can order online from Amazon or buy from B&Q and Screwfix.
Not only did she paint her once pink tiles, but she also used vinyl wallpaper to turn her once blue wall into a pretty floral scene.
She confirmed that she used a gloss roller to apply two rolls of vinyl wallpaper and when it came to the painting, she acknowledged: “I think I did two to three coats but it covered really easy.
“Not sure how long it will last.”
Thrilled with her bathroom renovation, she claimed: “It was about £35.”
Thanks to a lick of paint and some vinyl wallpaper, Becca was able to give her bathroom a fresh new look - and we think it’s super impressive.
And many others were clearly left equally as stunned by Becca’s new bathroom, as her post has quickly amassed 330 likes.
