Jeremy Kyle guests’ most shocking transformations revealed, including a jaw-dropping weight loss and £10k teeth overhaul
JEREMY Kyle guests are often cruelly mocked for their looks, but some have undergone dramatic transformations after appearing on the ITV daytime show, with many now unrecognisable.
From the woman who had a £10,000 worth of dental work to the fast food lover who shed seven stone, here are some of the most shocking image overhauls.
Down in the mouth
A female guest walked away with a set of pearly gnashers after the ITV show paid £10,000 for her to have her teeth fixed.
Gemma Swift, from Crawley, appeared on the show in January 2015 after being caught up in a love triangle, and was ridiculed on Twitter for her protruding teeth.
The brunette said the spiteful comments caused her to “cry my eyes out” and she “felt like I just wanted to break down”.
Gemma, who had lost her teeth in an accident when she was six years old, unveiled the results of her dental work on the show.
She told Jezza: “Thank you so much, you’ve changed my life… I can look in the mirror and everything now!”
Fighting the flab
Jonathan Kingston appeared on The Jeremy Kyle Show in 2017 with his mum Sue.
She pleaded with her son to overhaul his unhealthy lifestyle, which included Pot Noodles and meatballs for breakfast.
Jezza sent Jonathan on a 12-week, military-style bootcamp to help curb his gluttonous ways.
He stunned the ITV host and his mother after unveiling his seven stone weight loss.
Jonathan said: “It's been a real tough thing, but I persevered.
"My third week, I thought I can't do this anymore but I carried on, for my family and my son, and to prove everyone who thought I was bad wrong."
Jonathan vowed to stick to his lifestyle changes and put his family on a health kick.
"Best looking guest... ever!"
Jeremy Kyle viewers were left in tears after the “best looking guest ever” bravely unveiled her incredible transformation in January 2017.
Allysa, who was born male but has now transitioned into a woman, appeared on the ITV daytime programme alongside her identical twin brother Matt.
Allysa was 17 when she realised she was transgender, and started gender reassignment surgery aged 23.
Allysa, dressed in a pastel pink cardigan and a metallic gold mini skirt, was met by loud cheering and wolf whistles as she made her way onto the stage.

Jeremy heaped praised on her and called her “beautiful”.
Viewers at home agreed with Jezza and rushed to compliment Allysa on social media.
Mia Gee wrote: “She is absolutely gorgeous! Easily the best looking person who has EVER been on the show. #JeremyKyle #Jealous.”
Jeremy read out a heartwarming statement from Matt and Allysa’s mum where she declared how proud she was of her children.
It read: "I love both my son and daughter with all my heart regardless of who and what they are, and I think the world should learn to do the same."
Sobering up
Jeremy Kyle guest Lukas looked unrecognisable after completing a stint in rehab.
In his first appearance on the show, the heroin addict looked dishevelled and sweaty with scabs all over his face.
He begged Jeremy for help after admitting he "needed drugs to function" and that they "took over me".
His girlfriend Charlie was desperate for him to change and admitted it had been difficult to go through her pregnancy without her partner by her side.
Jez sent Lukas on a six-week recovery programme at the Providence Project in Bournemouth.
He returned to the show in December 2015, surprising both Charlie and Jez with his new look.
Lukas said: "The first couple of weeks were a struggle, but I was positive all the way through. I wanted it Jeremy, I really wanted it.
"The staff there were amazing, they carried me through. They've shown me nothing but support.
"I used to look at myself in the mirror and hate myself but now I look in the mirror and I love myself again."
