From ‘grotesque’ lips to £3K ‘watermelon’ boobs that cost £10K to fix – Olivia Attwood reveals what she spent on surgery

SHE’S a no-holds-barred kind of girl and isn’t afraid to let fans know about her cosmetic tweakments.
Whether it’s Botox, a boob job or even filler, Olivia Attwood isn’t shy about admitting she has tried and tested them.
The 33-year-old revealed that she spends “a couple of grand a month” on maintaining her image.
Her budget covers skincare, vitamins, gym memberships, and all of her aesthetic procedures.
She says: “It’s mental but that’s the tax I pay for the life I’ve put myself into.”
Olivia, who first landed a job modelling before becoming a grid girl and later appearing on Love Island in 2017, explained that taking care of her appearance is part of her job.
“My appearance wasn’t just social currency; it was economic currency for me,” she told .
The Loose Women regular and host of her own podcast, Olivia Attwood’s So Wrong It’s Right, also admitted that she gets Botox and filler every two to three months.
Olivia, who is also a Kiss FM presenter, undergoes regular laser treatment for skin pigmentation as well as ‘medical-grade’ facials, and she admits, “By 70 I’ll probably have had a facelift.”
Olivia has had two boob jobs, surgery on her lips and under eyes as well as multiple injectables.
When she was 20 years old, the TV presenter paid £3,000 for a boob job that gave her 32E “watermelons,” which she thought were disproportionate to her frame, making it "uncomfortable" for her.
However, after Love Island and feeling like her skin was “stretched,” Olivia spent around £10,000 to have her implants removed, leaving her with a 32DD.
In 2019 Olivia spent £2.5k chin liposuction and contouring procedure.
Olivia, a former regular on TOWIE, also revealed that she had her lip filler dissolved after deciding she looked “grotesque.”
She is proud to admit that she has had work done, and thinks it’s “snobby to look down on someone with big eyelashes or overdone filler.”
“People want celebrities to look like they haven’t had cosmetic interventions,” she says.
A monthly non-negotiable is my brows being tinted and laminated

“But [the ‘natural’ look] is contrived and just a wealth divide between those who can afford really well-created and well-performed tweaks versus people who can’t. It’s another way to make women feel inadequate.”
Olivia, who is estimated to be worth at least £2 million, netting some £350,000 per TV show, previously revealed that her “non-negotiable” is a specific brow routine.
She swears by brow lamination for thicker, fuller arches, which means she doesn’t need to keep topping them up with makeup.
Brow lamination is a semi-permanent beauty treatment designed to give your brows a fuller, more defined look.
It involves using a chemical solution to straighten and lift the brow hairs, making it a low-maintenance option as you wake up with your brows ready to go.
Talking to TikTok, the Getting Filthy Rich presenter detailed how she gets the treatment done every month without fail.
“A monthly non-negotiable is my brows being tinted and laminated,” she said.
“And then I use a nano brow in between to help them grow.”
