MILLIONS of eyeballs were on them as they flirted and got up to cheeky antics in the Love Island villa last year.

But since being on the hit ITV2 show in 2016, some of the previous contestants have undergone a transformation and "enhanced" their look, as these images show...

Alex Bowen

The Love Island star, who is currently engaged to co-contestant Olivia Buckland, recently transformed his appearance with a set of bright, glossy veneers.

After showing the white gnashers with his followers on Instagram, he has been subject to a barrage of negative comments

Olivia wrote on her New Magazine column: “Alex had veneers applied recently and some people commented, saying he looked ‘generic’ after he posted a selfie on Instagram.

"It really angered me. He’s always felt insecure about his teeth, but hasn’t stopped smiling since he got his new ones."

Tom Powell’s ex girlfriend surprised fans by revealing she was getting a nose job on a live video stream.

The stunning brunette had a non-surgical nose injection in order to fill a “bump” in her nose caused by a bouncy castle accident.

Warning her followers, she wrote: “Getting my nose done! LOOK AWAY IF YOU DONT LIKE NEEDLES. Had a bit of a deviation (to the left) after breaking it on a bouncy castle so went to see @drtijionesho the miracle worker. Using filler my nose is now more symmetrical & straight.”

Cara De La Hoyde

Earlier this year Love Island’s Cara De La Hoyde and Nathan Massey looked absolutely beaming as they took their new veneers for a spin on a romantic trip to Amsterdam.

Nathan and Cara couldn’t stop smiling and it could be seen from miles away thanks to their brand new sparkling gnashers.

She's also been pictured indulging in a non-surgical Brazilian butt lift.

Malin Andersson

Malin shocked fans when she underwent £7,000 of cosmetic surgery and flaunted her new figure.

This included bum enhancement, boob lift and liposuction – all in a bid to look “better” on Instagram.

Speaking to , she said she was constantly craving the bodies of her fellow Islanders during her time.

She confessed: “All the girls had sick t*ts. Every time the camera moved, I'd be adjusting my bra and shoving stuff down there.

“Now I can wear everything tight I'll be like, 'Damn!' and I'm taking selfies left, right and centre.”

Kady McDermott

Kady, who lives with boyfriend Scott from the show, has made a name for herself with her beauty and make up lines.

She recently confessed to having lip fillers, and said she gets 0.5ml injected in her lips every six to eight months to “make them look plump”.

Meanwhile Scott has also has cosmetic surgery, having Botox to prevent hyperhidrosis, a condition that causes sufferers to experience excessive perspiration.
