HOLLY Willoughby has hit out at the "outrageous" gender pay gap which sees women being paid less than men for doing the same job.
As she celebrates negotiating a £200,000 pay rise to put her on the same salary as This Morning co-host Phillip Schofield, the mum-of-three says there is "no excuse" for the current imbalance across the workplace.
In an exclusive interview with Fabulous this Sunday, Holly talks feminism, body image and why she had her children younger than she'd planned.
She also opens up about her 10-year marriage to TV producer Dan Baldwin and their busy family life with Harry, eight, Belle, six, and Chester, who is nearly three.
Also in this week's issue, we speak to the woman who says she'll never love the man she's been sleeping with for the past decade and the Geordie Shore girls tell us why they don't want to be role models.
