INSTAGRAM is full of “out-there” beauty trends of late.

In recent weeks, we've seen everything from glitter tongues to McDonald's brows.

And now there are “selfie nails”.

Visual illusion artist Dain Yoon has designed a selfie manicure, involving painting your own face onto your nails – and attaching hair to complete the look.

Each face painted on Dain’s nails comes complete with life-like luscious locks – and the end result is pretty bonkers.

Other bizarre beauty trends from the summer include feathered brows, wiggly eyebrows, tin foil brows, and bejewelled boobs.
