Beauty YouTuber, 24, reveals her HUGE cosmetics collection… and it includes THOUSANDS of products
Australian beauty guru Lauren Curtis, 24, recently showed off exactly how many beauty goodies she had accumulated and shared a video of herself decluttering her incredible collection
A YOUTUBER who runs a successful beauty channel has revealed her seriously impressive collection of make-up.
Once they have a following, beauty YouTubers are often gifted all kinds of products – including make-up, skin care and hair products.
, 24, recently showed off exactly how many beauty goodies she had accumulated and shared a video of herself decluttering her incredible collection.
In the awe-inspiring video, which shows just how extensive her collection is, she says: “I am so lucky to get sent so much make-up weekly and realistically it's just too much for one person so every now and then I like to do a big clearout of my collection.
“This room in particular contains all of the make-up that I have been sent in a PR parcel that I would like to try but haven't gotten around to trying.
“When I receive a PR parcel full of make-up I usually keep around 10 to 20 per cent of it and that's where this make up goes.
“The rest is given to friends and family or donated to a charity or organisation.”
Lauren then films the rest of the room and adds: “I feel like I'm getting to an age where less is more and I just don't want clutter and stuff around me. Clear space, clear mind.”
She shows the cameras large boxes of beauty goodies as well as drawers stuffed full of hundreds of foundations, powders, highlighters, concealers and bronzers.
She added: “To get rid of this stuff was definitely difficult but what I did was basically the easiest thing was to get rid of all the brands that aren't cruelty free.
“Now I know at least when I reach into my make-up drawers that it's high quality stuff, it's stuff I'll actually use and it's cruelty free.”
Viewers then get a glimpse of Lauren’s envy-inducing eye-shadow draw which was absolutely bursting with different brands and colours of shadow.
Lauren then organised her vast collection of foundations, powders, primers and concealers before taking on her even more sizeable collection of eyeliners, mascaras and cream shadows.
And Lauren’s not the only blogger to have shown off her vast collection.
Beauty vlogger Shannon Harris has also revealed how her beauty wardrobe is full to the brim with THOUSANDS of lipsticks alone.
She recently also attempted to declutter her products.
At the time, she said: “'I'm not throwing it all away but I am throwing away anything that is uber uber old and nasty.
“Anything else that's still usable will be going to friends and family or anything that's new or lightly used that can be sanitised will be donated.”
